The Housing Market Report is your guide to the current home value trends in Australia. You’ll find information about what’s happened over the last 12 months, as well as NAB’s expectations of where prices are headed in the near future.
Last week, NAB in collaboration with CoreLogic RP Data relaunched its valuable Housing Market Insights tool.
The detailed Housing Market Report includes
- detailed view of home value trends, from CoreLogic RP Data;
- a guide to future home value expectations on a national level and by state, produced by NAB Group Economics
The webpage also includes a tool which allows clients to learn about the housing market performance of individual suburbs over the last 12 months
