Consumer anxiety rises as fears over job security continue to grow. The NAB Consumer Anxiety Index rose to 61.7 points in Q1 2014 (61.5 in Q4 2013). This was largely driven by heightened concerns over job security (mainly NSW/ACT). Read more

NAB Wellbeing Index – Q1 2014
National wellbeing improves after falling in the previous two quarters, but anxiety continues to rise with more than one-third of Australians currently “highly” anxious. The NAB Australian Wellbeing Index rose to 64.6 points in Q1 2014 (63.5 points in Q4 2013). Read more

US Economic Update – March 2014
