The Covid-19 pandemic prompted Australians to focus more closely on their health and encouragingly this has continued. 1 in 2 Australians have made their health a greater priority over the past year, with younger people most notably taking greater charge of their health. In part 1 of this NAB Health Insights series, we asked health consumers to tell us about their experiences with the health system. In part 2 we ask Australians to share how they feel about their own health. A deeper understanding of consumer attitudes to their health can help health professionals to better understand, engage and retain their patients.
