Welcome to Cotality’s housing market update for July.
Australia’s housing market continued to weaken through June, with Cotality’s national Home Value Index falling 0.4% over the month. This was the third consecutive month of declines, and the largest monthly drop we have seen since December 2022, pushing the national index 0.7% below its March peak.
