David joined National Australia Bank in 2013 and currently has responsibility for the origination of Hybrids and Equity Capital Markets products within NAB’s broader Capital Markets team. The business is focussed on working with issuers to bring the best possible investment opportunities to NAB’s diverse sub institutional investor base, including NAB Private Wealth (incorporating NAB Private Bank and JBWere) and other Financial intermediaries.
Product focus areas include listed Hybrids and other forms of structured capital, listed equities (including REIT’s and Listed Investment Vehicles) and unlisted equity including private capital for funds and businesses. Sector focus includes commercial real estate, agriculture, Banks, NBFI’s and a range of alternatives strategies typically managed by globally recognised fund managers.
David has over 25 years’ experience in Financial Markets, having previously worked with Charter Hall, UBS Global Asset Management and Deutsche Asset Management. During this time David primarily was responsible for equity analysis and portfolio management, and since joining NAB has focussed on corporate advisory and capital raising on behalf of NAB’s Corporate & Institutional banking clients.
