Geoff is an Executive in our Corporate Finance division at National Australia Bank. He is responsible for the oversight of five separate businesses in Corporate Finance North America and runs with US Private Placement Team directly. Geoff has personally led well over 100 transactions and has appeared in a number of articles and other media on the markets and related topics. His team has won KangaNews US Private Placement House of the Year in each of the last two years, and has also won the Peter Lee award for 6+ areas in US DCM business.
Geoff is a CPA, has an MBA from the Kellogg School and is an award-winning author. He has outstanding publications on the US Private Placement Market, Markets and Pricing, and Corporate Governance.
