- Regional residential prices rose 7% in the financial year, dominated by WA, SA & QLD with softer growth in NSW & VIC
- Commercial property in regional Australia has held up relatively well with industrial property still the shining light, investment assets like retail and office have moderated with interest dominated by owner occupier and local investors
- Agribusiness property has normalised with quality property still sought after.
