Cathryn Carver

Cathryn was appointed Acting Chief Customer Officer – Corporate and Institutional Banking in August 2016.

Prior to this she was the Executive General Manager, Corporate and Specialised Banking leading a team providing services to customers in the large Corporate, Corporate Property, Agricultural, Education, Health and Private Bank segments across Australia.

Before joining NAB, Cathryn was Senior Managing Director, Institutional, Australia at ANZ Bank. Her earlier roles at ANZ included Managing Director of Corporate Finance, Global Head of Capital Markets as well as relocating to Hong Kong to lead a team providing debt capital markets solutions to ANZ’s Institutional and Financial Institution borrower base in 14 countries.

Prior to joining ANZ, Cathryn held senior management roles at Westpac and Macquarie Bank.

Cathryn is Deputy Chair of The Australia-Sino One Hundred Year Agricultural and Food Safety Partnership (ASA100) and a member of Chief Executive Women, an organisation representing over 300 of Australia’s most senior women leaders.
