- Australian new case growth continues to slow – a very welcome sign.
- Government stimulus continues to underwrite the economy, likely alleviating the worst impacts. But more stimulus – and for longer – could well be needed. Probably too early to say though.
- Global growth has been hit very badly and will likely be negative in 2020. China is restarting its economy and we will closely watch the progress on this front.
