• Our commercial and residential property surveys were released this week. While they were taken well before the full impact of the virus occurred, hotels were already struggling with a downturn in visitors from mid-February to mid-March.
• We expect residential property prices to decline in the order of 10-15% as a result of the crisis, depending on location.
• Next week will release our Monthly Business Survey for April, as well as updated retail data and our latest forecasts.
