Sources of advice, focus of investment & use of free training tools
6 in 10 SMEs rely on IT providers for trusted information or advice. 4 in 5 have invested more in cyber security in the past 12 months – 6 in 10 in software or hardware and 1 in 2 on external IT or Cyber security experts. But, 4 in 10 were unaware of the availability of free Government or industry cyber security training tools.

Consumer stress is rising again with Australians wary about the outlook for the year ahead. Household pressures are set to ease but until then the mantra for many consumers appears to be, “Show me the money”!

Total spending went up 0.6% m/m. Overall, total consumer spending increased 1.9% in 3-month average terms and 6.5% over the past 12 months.
